I've been a frequent customer for the past three years. The food quality compared to other Pho spots in the area is superb, but lately the service is spotty at best. Multiple visits, the waiters would not attend us after the food was ordered (even for water refills and paying the check) until we had to call them over. Hoping this part gets better soon

Our favorite Pho spot in queens! The food and service here are great- we recommend the grilled chicken pho (pictured), the fresh eye of round pho (pictured) and the shrimp lo mein, the spring rolls (pictured) and summer rolls. The servers were all quite friendly and the food came out very fast. We had guests over from out of town and they enjoyed it so much that we went twice this weekend! The ambiance is nice- the restaurant itself is spacious with booths, tables, nice decor and a TV to catch the Olympics on. 10/10! Tip- the portions are pretty big so come on an empty stomach:)

I've had take out from Pho Grand manyyyy times but I finally got to dine in at this location. It's very well decorated inside, plenty of tables, and clean! Service was as expected, quick and paid little attention to us, which is fine. Pho Grand is typically one of my go-to pho spots since they offer both tripe AND tendon in their pho and many other pho restaurants do not. My go-to orders are usually the crispy spring rolls or summer rolls, the big bowl of pho or #3 (brisket, tripe, tendon) and the rice platter with pork chop, crab patty and shredded pork. They are just classic items that can never go wrong. However, I do wish that the broth was hotter. I love a steaming hot bowl of pho but theirs come to the table lukewarm which end up cooling down even more as I eat. Although I wouldn't consider this spot to be very authentic, it's good for what it is and what they serve. Most of these pho restaurants in NY tend to be run by Chinese-Viet anyway. There's a good variety of items on the menu and portions are filling. It's still one of my go-to spots to fulfill that pho craving.

Pho Grand Bayside is located right on Bell Boulevard. There are plenty of tables inside for small and big groups. We were greeted and seated quickly. First we were asked if we wanted water or tea. We were served tea in a glass cup that wasn't really made for hot drinks so we needed to wait a while for the tea to cool down. I had the Brisket, Tendon & Tripe pho w. beef broth noodle soup. The beef broth was absolutely delicious. The ratio of rice noodles and the toppings was perfect. It was served with bean sprout, basil leave, jalapeno, and lime on the side. We also ordered a grilled pork chop on the side. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and was bursting with flavor. The pho was $12.25 and the grilled pork chop was $4.25. The quantity and quality was worth the price. The restaurant is spacious and clean. There were many take out orders being picked up when we were there. Service was decent. I would definitely come back for the broth and pork chop.

My best friend and I went to get some pho after seeing the new hunger games movie. The establishment was clean and there's a good amount of seating. Something that threw me off upon arrival was the nonchalant attitudes of the workers. We said hello and the woman working the front just sort of pointed to a table and mumbled which number it was. I said, "excuse me?" because I did not want to mess up their seating flow but I guess she didn't hear me? It was something I got over quickly, but don't come here if you're expecting stellar service because you won't get it. The spring and summer rolls were really good. The summer rolls were extremely fresh and the peanut sauce paired perfectly. The pho was tasty. The bean sprouts, basil, jalapeƱo and lime were fresh. The sauces they had were tasty as well; sriracha, hoisin & some type of sweet chili sauce. My best friend doesn't eat beef, so if you need them to substitute the broth, they have no issue doing that, you just need to ask. I'd come back to this place again, the service doesn't make the food any less good in my opinion. Maybe they were just having an off day.

Our new go to spot for Pho. I love that You can add more vegetables for couple of dollars In your pho. Place is clean and spacious.
